Welcome to the Terms & Policies page of @rtiliana's bubbles & schents. Here, you can find important information regarding cancellations, payment instructions, shipping, reservations, returns, and exchanges. We value transparency and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued promptly.

Payment Instructions

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank account transfer. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped. In case the payment is not completed we have the right to cancel your order/orders and relist the item(s).

Shipping, Reservations, Returns, and Exchanges

We offer delivery services for all orders. Shipping fees may apply based on the location. Reservations for out-of-stock items are available upon request. An item can be reserved for you for 2 weeks maximum. After that period of time  reservation is canceled and the item will be available for purchase again. In case of a custom order half of the price must be deposited and the rest of it should be completed just before shipping (you will recieve an informing email). Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Custom orders can not be returned and no refund can be placed.
